Join Us This Week for the Laboratory Animal Science Virtual Conference!

LAS 2016 blog The Laboratory Animal Sciences virtual conference is upon us! Starting this Wednesday, February 3rd, the 2-day event will feature world renown speakers who will teach attendees about optimizing design, conduct, and reproducibility in animal studies. Presentations will include advice on risks of bias in research and how to control them, creating the right animal program for your research, assessment of animal welfare, preclinical animal modeling, and learning how to optimize experimental design. The conference will run from 6am to 4pm Pacific Time on both Wednesday and Thursday. Feel free to attend the entire conference or just the presentations that are of particular interest to you. Please remember that attendees can also earn free continuing education credits. The 2016 conference is approved by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards for Continuing Education for veterinarians and veterinary technicians to receive CE credits, and will also meet AALAS and CALAS continuing education criteria. Join us and learn about recent advances on the science of animal wellbeing, housing, enrichment and biomethodology!
